Please follow the steps below:
Log in to your account and go to ‘Create New Shipment’.
First, select your pickup location.
Now, check the box if you want to ship orders within 50kms. It will open up Google Maps where you can pin your delivery location.
Tip: Search for a nearby landmark to find the correct address. Distance between selected and actual location should not be more than 200 meters.
Once selected, fill the rest of the address and click Save.
Fill the remaining order details, select your courier partner and ship your order.
