Courier Rules is a great feature for those who want to split their courier assignment based on specific conditions. This saves you from a lot of hassles. Give it a try!


Step 1: Click on the ‘Settings’ option from the left menu.



Step 2: Navigate to the courier category and click on ‘Courier Rules’ option available over there. 



Step 3: Now click on the Add New Rule button to start adding your courier rules.




Step 4: If you haven’t added any rule yet, then you can also add new rules by clicking on the button ‘Add New Rule’. 



Step 5: Fill in your shipping rule name. Next, define your shipment conditions from the drop-down list. 


  • Payment Mode

  • Weight

  • Zone Wise

  • Order Value

  • State

  • Pincode

  • City

  • Dangerous Goods

  • Product SKU

  • Channel ID



Step 6: Click on the Proceed button to move further. 


Step 7: Drag and drop couriers to set your courier priority list and then, click save to add your new rule. 

  • Available couriers are the list of couriers which can get assigned if serviceable and are eligible for your applied courier rule. 

  • Restricted couriers are those you do not wish to use for this courier rule.





Step 8: You can activate and deactivate each specific courier rule that you have already added with the help of the toggle button. 



Note: Courier rules cannot be changed or deleted. If you are no longer using a courier rule, you can deactivate it.
