Follow the listed below steps to set courier priority:
Step 1: Click on the ‘Settings’ option from the left menu.
Step 2: Navigate to the courier category and click on ‘Courier Priority’ option.
Step 3: Now, choose the one that best fits your needs. You can select the Best Rated, Cheapest, Fastest, Custom, or go with Recommended by Shiprocket.
Fastest is the courier priority where you will find the fastest serviceable couriers based on their estimated delivery date.
Cheapest is the courier priority where you will find couriers that comes with lower shipping rates.
Recommended by Shiprocket is the courier priority where you enable us to decide the best for you depending on your shipping needs.
Custom is the one where you have the option to customize your courier priority as per your shipping needs and preferences.
Best Rated is the courier priority where you will find the list of couriers that are best rated based on their pickup performance, delivery performance, and ratings shared by the customers and other sellers.
Step 4: Click on the button ‘Save Courier Priority’.
Step 5: If you wish to customize your courier priority, click on the Custom option available over there.
Step 6: Drag and drop the couriers in the list in your priority order.
Step 7: Now, Click on the button ‘Save Courier Priority’ to save your customized courier priority.
