Access the seller panel using your credentials.
Click to Apply:
On the home screen, locate the "Apply Now" button and click it to begin your loan application process.
Validate Mobile Number:
- Your registered mobile number will be prefilled.
- If needed, you can edit it and verify it via OTP.
- This step ensures that your number is unique and not already associated with another loan application.

Customize Your Loan Offer:
Use the sliders to adjust the loan amount (₹50,000 to ₹20,00,000) and repayment tenure (6–36 months) according to your needs.
The system will dynamically show your estimated EMI, helping you decide.
Provide Personal and Business Details:
Fill out the forms for your personal and business details.
Most of these fields will be pre-filled from your seller profile, making it easier to complete the process.

Upload Missing Documents (If Required):
If specific documents (such as Aadhaar or GST certificates) are required, you’ll be asked to upload them.
Submit for Review:
Once all details and documents are submitted, Flexi will process your application in real-time.
Loan Offer Generated:
After successful verification, a loan offer will be displayed on your screen with details such as:
Approved loan amount.
Interest rate and tenure.
EMI and any applicable charges.
You can review and accept the offer to proceed.
Complete eSign and Compliance Steps:
Click "Next" to proceed to Flexi’s portal for:eSign and eMandate for repayment.
Final KYC verification.
Once these steps are completed, the loan is approved.
Loan Disbursement Details Screen:
After approval, you’ll be redirected to the Shiprocket seller panel, where you will see the final loan disbursement confirmation.
This screen will notify you of the disbursal timeline and provide an overview of your loan details.
