To apply your Shipcoins for a discount, follow these steps:
Step 1: Check your Shipcoins balance in the myShiprocket app.
Step 2: Visit any Shipcoin merchant store, which can be found in the Shipcoins Live Merchant list.
Step 3: Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
Step 4: Select "Pay With Rewards" as the payment option during checkout.
Step 5: After OTP verification, apply your available Shipcoins as a discount.
Step 6: You can utilise a maximum of 25% or 100 Shipcoins (whichever is lower) for the discount.
Step 7: Complete the order by paying the remaining amount.
