Follow the listed below steps to enable or disable WhatsApp communication:
Step 1: Go to the settings option of your Shiprocket account.
Step 2: Click on the buyer communication option available in the Notifications Section.
Step 3: Click on the Activate Now Button to enable WhatsApp Communication.
Step 4: You can even customize the status as per your need. You can choose all the statuses at once or can make a selected preference and save the changes.
Step 5: To deactivate, on the same page, scroll down to the option available to deactivate as shown in the below image.
Step 6: Click on the ‘Click here’ option and fill out the form of deactivation and then, click deactivate button to disable the WhatsApp communication for your account.
